**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Configuration Consultant here at Oracle Cerner , you will direct incoming work requests, assigning team members to work based on resource capacity. drive tools development, troubleshooting, and compliance across team and analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness. You will also provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise and assist with complex system configurations and testing as necessary, drive complex issue resolution and escalation management, collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine process, methodology updates, and resulting project impacts and drive process improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
**Basic Qualifications**
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years application or system configuration, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
High School Diploma
**Preferred Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
**Expectations**
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
