As an Consulting Project Director within Oracle’s GDI organization, you will manage and oversee part of GDI’s existing book of work, comprising multiple active Intelligence Community (IC) projects.
This role requires a strategic leader with strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise in Oracle solutions to ensure successful delivery and execution across multiple IC initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IC operations, Oracle cloud and database solutions, and government contracting.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Program & Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the execution of multiple active IC projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and performance metrics to track project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio, implementing proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, security policies, and contract requirements.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding IC projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
- Work closely with Oracle teams, subcontractors, and government personnel to drive project success.
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide oversight and strategic direction for Oracle solutions within IC projects.
- Stay up to date on Oracle technologies, federal IT modernization efforts, and evolving DOD/IC requirements.
- Support the adoption and implementation of Oracle services within IC projects.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor project managers, technical leads, and analysts across multiple engagements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, contracts, and compliance, to ensure seamless project execution.
The ideal candidate would possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Strong background in Oracle cloud, database, and analytics solutions.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex IT projects in government settings.
- Expertise in government procurement processes, compliance (FAR, DFARS, CMMC), and security requirements.
- Experience supporting DOD/IC agencies such as NGA, NSA, or DIA.
- Familiarity with Oracle Government Cloud, FedRAMP, and secure cloud architectures.
Required Credentials and Experience: (put the specific requirements to meet LCAT/program requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree in in engineering, computer science, or related discipline and 10 years of relevant experience
