Accounting skills, including close and consolidation, eliminations/disposals, ownership, and journals. Support of Federal and government clients is also required, which requires US citizenship.

US: Hiring Range: from $31.83 to $67.93 per hour; from $66,200 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:
As a Principal Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include investigating and analyzing customer issues with financial close and consolidation, including data inaccuracies, resolving out-of-balance, functional and performance issues, and bug/update resolution for Cloud SaaS applications via phone and electronic means. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, with responsibility to facilitate customer relationships with Support, Development teams, and internal Cloud support groups on diverse customer situations and issues.
