As a Program Manager II, duties include sourcing and recruiting end-users to participate in healthcare research studies, coordinating research tasks involving key stakeholders across multiple teams, tracking project timelines in order to meet proposed deadlines, organizing team events, onboarding new team members, and assisting with team operations.
This position’s primary responsibility is to source and recruit participants for research studies. You will use established tools to source qualified participants and ensure their positive experiences through proactive and consistent communication. You will present to customers and internal stakeholders the purpose of and importance of engaging in research studies in an effort to expand our research participant pool. You will collaborate with the current team to design and develop new processes and tools to strategically source and recruit participants.
Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing project documentation and reports, and you will perform administrative duties throughout each assigned project such as: scheduling and attending project meetings, traffic managing tasks and job requests, and performing daily management of project management tools. You will develop timelines, create schedules, and oversee progress to ensure research tasks are completed on time. You will use spreadsheets and other tools to manage and track resourcing, budgets, dates, and other project information. You will obtain and maintain licensure for the research team’s tools and software, provide troubleshooting guidance, and investigate new tools and software as business requirements demand.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience
- 2 years of experience in project/program management
- Strong attention to detail that does not overshadow ability to think critically and execute with an eye on larger team goals
- Exceptional time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- At least one year of experience in research participant or study recruitment
- At least one year of experience working in a team environment
- Self-driven problem solver
- Able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
- Technically proficient and able to learn new tools and software quickly
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare roles
