What will you be doing?
- Manage and develop team of program management professionals responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives
- Lead or participate in designing and implementing HR programs that enhance organizational performance, add intrinsic value to the global organization, and improve people, processes and systems in the global HR Organization by partnering with cross regional and functional teams
- Implement innovative and scalable processes; take part or coordinate definition of methodologies, practices and procedures
- Produce and manage program related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to executive leadership
- Analyze data on given processes to produce trends to identify and plan improvement areas
- Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutions
- Oversee overall program health and actively manage & monitor KPIs
- Manage relationship with stakeholders effectively
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are seamlessly integrated into overall program plans
- Manage resource allocation and program initiative & project prioritization with executive leadership
- Act as a Global Program Manager, designing, leading, and implementing comprehensive HR programs
Coordinate definition of training needs, plans, materials and deliverables

US: Hiring Range: from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Responsibilities:
About You and what we love to see:
- Has at least 10 years’ experience in leadership roles supporting people management, project/program management, and operations management.
- Has direct management experience of senior level HR Program Managers
- Highly organized and efficient is a must. Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding their business content. Role is part of the global operations team, not an "outsider". Is invested in the team and adds value by being part of the executive leadership team.
- Has led multiple projects at once ranging from small just go do's to large scale corporate programs. Projects were focused on improving business performance by simplifying, standardizing, centralizing and automating.
- Has experience in leading diverse and wide scope global HR programs and liaising with various other teams (business, technical, design, etc.) to achieve objectives
- Is used to working in a fast moving environment, quickly adapting to change and new strategy (changes in prioritization, deadlines, approach, etc.)
- Has high attention to details and the patience to pursue things to closure
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures
- Knows how to net out and summarize problems and recommendations at all levels
- Has a strong analytical capacity - developed multiple analyses using complex data
- Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Has expert MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
