The Role

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute product roadmaps for our enterprise recruiting solutions.
- Identify opportunities to integrate ML, GenAI, and agentic workflows to optimize hiring.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to build and ship impactful features.
User-Centric Innovation
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify pain points.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders to design intuitive solutions.
- Champion automation and AI-driven decision-making to streamline talent acquisition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful launches.
- Advocate for enterprise customers by balancing customization with scalability.
- Establish KPIs and measure product impact to drive continuous improvements.
