US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation: Lead the implementation of new customer programs, coordinating with global and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Customer Management: Provide top-tier customer support, including analysis, planning, and project execution to meet customer’s timelines.
- Data Analysis: Perform advanced Excel analysis to track supplier and customer spend, as well as item movement, to optimize our operations.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with local and international suppliers to fulfill destination requirements and maintain strong relationships. Visit suppliers as needed to inspect stored items at vendor sites.
- Project Management: Take charge of project management for business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and success.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer needs and propose innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
- Training and Team Leadership: Assist in reviewing training manuals and QMS documents. Provide guidance and training to team members and mentor new hires.
- Production Coordination: Communicate with external suppliers to align production schedules and ensure timely deliveries. Collaborate with onsite Operations team to review items pending information and open business inquiries regarding receiving, returns, and fulfillment of programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in customer service account management, planning, or procurement with a customer-centric approach.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (including experience with creating macros)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and train team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from your home office and commute onsite to Oracle Redwood Shores office at least 2 times per month (please note: onsite requirements could increase depending on customer meetings, special events, and vendor activities).
