About The Role:
This role offers the opportunity to have positive impact on the success of our sales professionals. You will be primarily focused on facilitating top of funnel sales training for new college graduates, while also working with experienced Senior and Principal Facilitators to learn more advanced content and to develop your facilitation skills. This role works with new hires and helps them progress and grow their skills during their first several months in sales. You will directly influence their first client reach outs, their first opportunities and their first conversions.

We have a tailored onboarding program that equips you with the knowledge and skills to deliver assigned courses with confidence and competence within the first 90 days on the job.
