Drive resolution of reported configuration issues, escalating as appropriate.
Instruct and guide internal project stakeholders around the impact data collection has on configuration and configuration readiness.
Adopt new process improvements and ensure adoption across the larger team.
Consult with internal project stakeholders around the impact of design decisions and content recommendations.
Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed.

US : Hiring Range in USD from $21.49 to $54.13 per hour; from $44,700 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
