The NetSuite creative studio is seeking a Senior Designer/Art Director to join the creative team to support the Events and Social teams.
This role will primarily support the design and delivery of in-person and virtual events throughout the calendar year but will also support a variety of programs internal and external.
This position requires a proactive, highly collaborative individual with strong communication, creative, and design skills.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of graphic and experiential design experience
- Strong grasp of design styles and best practices
- Understanding of the creative process and what is required from concept to execution
- Ability to communicate design thinking, deliver solid rationale, and provide design feedback for team members and partnering agencies
- Attention to detail, especially in typographic execution
- Technical command of design programs and production requirements for digital, print, large format, and on-screen graphics
- Highly imaginative and collaborative
- Ability to understand and design around brand guidelines and take creative liberties when appropriate
Technical Qualifications:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Figma
- PowerPoint
- Nice to have skills include Illustration, After Effects, and presentation design
Role will require:
- Responding to creative briefs with innovative and inspiring ideas and design solutions
- Collaborating and partnering with design director, designers, program managers, internal groups, and outside agencies
- Ownership of specific areas of focus
- Design, develop, and execute against a range of programs/projects simultaneously
- Trend and inspiration hunting, auditing, forecasting, and application where appropriate
- Taking “full picture” creative approach to projects
- Understanding attendee journey, environmental, spatial, and structural limitations and considerations
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to more junior members of the team
- Presenting concepts using mood boards, diagrams, mockups, and presentation decks
- Conducting review sessions and reacting to stakeholder feedback with appropriate level of design thinking and rational through multiple design rounds
- Onsite decision making and art direction
Requirements:
Travel for site visits, design sprints, and event activation as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
