As a Senior Project Executive (PE) for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) organization. This individual will establish and enforce project management standards, and ensure that all projects align with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines. The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and a strong focus on continuous improvement to drive excellence in project delivery and execution. The position reports to the Director, Real Estate Projects for the Americas. Responsibilities will be primarily focused in the United States, but may require work elsewhere in The Americas. The position is based in Austin, TX.

ResponsibilitiesProject Executive Responsibilities :
- Lead teams responsible through all phases of project development - implementation, delivery, documentation, and financial closeout;
- Use of project governance methodologies, including : stakeholder engagement and communication, managing stakeholder expectations, roles and responsibilities, risk and issue management, meetings and reporting, assurance, and project management control processes.
- Creating, establishing, and continuously improving the project management framework, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ensuring consistent application of project management standards across all projects, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Developing and presenting project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior leadership.
- Communicating project updates, successes, and challenges effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Managing and ensuring the health of the project portfolio using Earned Value Analysis (including Schedule and Budget Performance Indices, etc.);
- Facilitating consistent communication with the external project team and internal Oracle support teams to ensure project decisions and priorities are clear;
- Engaging internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and expectations are well understood. This entails internal collaboration with Facility Managers, Planners, and internal partners such as IT, Security, and Procurement;
- Identifying and track project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans and establish main points of contact for all escalation and line-of-business communications;
- Representing Oracle through the permit process and at planning, zoning and related public meetings as required. This includes coordination activities with neighboring businesses, building departments, utility companies, and adjacent property owners;
- Developing project justification narratives and drive internal approvals to obtain funding to execute on project initiatives, entailing frequent collaboration with executive leadership;
- Delivering frequent executive leadership project update presentations throughout the project life cycle, ending with the project closure.
- Reviewing architectural, MEP, and structural drawings to ensure the designs meet project requirements and are accurately captured within service provider engagements;
- Collaborating with the Oracle Global Workplace Design team to ensure adherence to Oracle’s space standards and adopt alternatives to improve efficiency;
- Supporting collaboration between external project managers and Oracle’s internal Procurement team to ensure vendor sourcing is completed ethically and timely within a competitive environment;
- Validating that external project managers have properly filed / stored all project materials / documents and have completed and delivered maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and other requirements for project closeout;
- Interfacing with inside and / or outside counsel for legal review of project-related documents as required;
- Collaborating with and supporting the Oracle Transaction Management team by providing capital expenditure estimates and project delivery timelines as required to facilitate corporate real estate transactions;
- Accountability for the financial management of capital expenditure projects including monthly forecasting;
- Responsibility for submitting project documentation as required for internal operations reviews or to support internal and external audit inquiries, tax investigations and asset transfers;
- Ensuring all projects operate according to budget, and schedule, in support of Oracle’s RE&F strategic vision to provide inviting, inclusive, collaborative and technology-enriched environments where everyone can thrive.

US : Hiring Range : from $46.83 to $95.91 per hour; from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
