Oracle Customer Success Services (CCS) helps customers to maximizing their investments in Oracle Hardware, Applications and Technology products including Engineered Systems. CSS assists clients to transforming and evolving their business by leveraging our network of Cloud Data Centers, technical and functional specialists, leaders, engineers and services infrastructure. As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will help shape the future of businesses using Oracle technology with Cloud at Customer, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.  CSS enables Oracle’s client's journey to the Cloud while preserving their existing investment.  Oracle Services provide technical and functional expertise to customers which includes: Systems Optimization, Expert Support, Transition Support, Mission Critical Support, Cloud Protection Services, Managed Application and Help Desk, Managed Database and Platform as well as Security Support on Customer Premises, Private Cloud, Cloud at Customer or Public Cloud.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will introduce our broad services portfolio into the Enterprise and SMB market as well as Public Sector organizations.  You will handle complex customer and stakeholder relationships while leveraging strong communication skills to align yourself with the broader Oracle Account product sales teams. You will develop account penetration strategies, and closes business, understand Oracle's service offerings and competitive issues, and finally identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory strategies with management assistance.

Oracle Customer Success Services is a One Oracle approach to ensuring customer success, through a broad set of professional and engineered services and solutions that are supported by certified and experienced professionals, helping to accelerate the entire customer journey. CSS provides a customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service, in conjunction with Oracle Development.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will

  • Sell Oracle Customer Success Services in Canada, in your defined sales territory.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients.  
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by assisting customers through the entire product life cycle.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level; engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction post sales.
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire sale cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional and support teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all services activities.
  • Renew existing services revenue streams while expanding bookings through upsell existing customers and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Participate as a team member on CSS sales teams including field sales, and sales consulting.
  • Be accountable to meeting and exceeding your annual sale quota target objective.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $77,600 to $144,100 per annum.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities:

Sells CSS organization’s services. Primarily finds new customers and generates new business. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segments, or channels.

8-12 years of services sales experience. Able to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. BS preferred. Bilingual preferred.  Leading contributors individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.

Salary : $77,600 - $144,100
