We are looking for a talented and driven individual to support the communications and social media team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that align with the company’s brand objectives, drive engagement, and enhance our online presence across multiple platforms.
- You will work closely with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to craft compelling social media campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Content Planning & Creation:
- Create engaging, platform-specific content that aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Guide the design team in creating visuals and multimedia content that complement the brand’s voice.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and manage a community of engaged followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with users’ content.
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the PR, SEO, and marketing teams to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the company’s message.
- Brand Voice & Messaging:
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all social media channels.
- Develop social media guidelines and ensure content aligns with the overall brand identity.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related role.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with an ability to develop fresh and innovative content.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
