- Lead and manage teams of 16 engineers across multiple locations (US and India)
- Develop and implement technical strategies for EHR product development using cloud technologies and microservices architecture on Kubernetes
- Drive engineering excellence, ensuring high-quality products that meet industry standards
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, design, and business teams
- Prioritize and manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives
- Recruit, scale and build an impactful, innovative and energetic team
- Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams and locations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services
- Bring prior experience in managing large teams and developing software products in the healthcare domain (preferred)
Qualifications:
- 10 year’s experience managing large engineering teams with experience managing managers.
- 5 years of experience leading and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects from concept to production
- Leadership, mentorship and raising the talent bar across the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related engineering field
