Systems Analyst - IT

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Science, Health Care Administration, Communications, Business, Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 3 years Software implementation work experience
• At least 3 years working with Cerner Millennium Applications

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Health care information technology work experience
• A least 2 years of customer service work experience
• At least 2 years of Requirements gathering
• At least 2 years of Process improvement experience
• Programming is a plus, mostly in CCL

US: Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
