Job DescriptionBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Science, Health Care Administration, Communications, Business, Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least 3 years Software implementation work experienceAt least 3 years working with Cerner Millennium ApplicationsPreferred QualificationsA minimum of 3 years’ experience in Health care information technology work experienceA least 2 years of customer service work experienceAt least 2 years of Requirements gatheringAt least 2 years of Process improvement experienceProgramming is a plus, mostly in CCLCareer Level - IC2ResponsibilitiesProvide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource.
