Oral Arts is a full-service, family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a full-time Marketing Associate.
The Marketing Associate plays a vital role in our marketing team, supporting graphic design proofing, print production, and various marketing tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality print materials, including postcards, flyers, and brochures. Success in this role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proofread all approved art files to ensure accuracy before printing.
- Operate and maintain Xerox printer, including ordering supplies and scheduling service as needed.
- Print and trim in-house marketing materials with precision utilizing the in-house print room.
- Order and manage inventory of giveaways and other promotional items.
- Organize and update direct mail lists in excel for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with general marketing, graphic design, and marketing operations tasks.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required experience:
- Previous printing, marketing, or administrative experience
- Copywriting or graphic design experience preferred
- Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail and grammar proficiency
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be a willing worker with a great attitude!
Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.
