Oral Arts is a full-service, family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a full-time Process Improvement Manager.
The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for improving processes and optimizing operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review current workflows, operations, and systems to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze data to understand current operations and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop optimized process solutions, create improvement plans, and oversee their implementation to ensure desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive improvement initiatives.
- Track progress towards improvement goals and make necessary adjustments.
- Track key performance indicators (KPI’s) post-implementation and adjust solutions as needed for sustainability.
- Train employees and team members in new processes resulting from improvement initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage improvement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
- Ensure all process improvements comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Research industry trends and best practices to ensure processes are competitive and innovative.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Required experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (e.g., Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical) or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and workflows
- Proven experience in process improvement, operations, or production engineering roles.
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be a willing worker with a great attitude!
