Location: Multiple Locations (5 offices, primary office in Waukesha)
Position: Full-Time
Are you an experienced manager with a passion for healthcare? We are a fast-paced, doctor-owned oral surgery practice with 5 locations and 9 doctors. We are seeking a Clinical Manager and Implant Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership and organizational skills along with a commitment to exceptional patient care, and is ready to thrive in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of our clinical team across all 5 offices.
- Manage and support clinical staff, fostering a positive team environment with efficient workflows and high patient satisfaction
- Manage clinical staff schedules
- Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing development for clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to streamline operations and optimize patient care
- Monitor and manage equipment and clinical supplies to ensure availability and cost-effective resource utilization
- Serve as the Dental Implant Coordinator, managing supplies/equipment as well as referral and team communication to facilitate a seamless process and to support excellent patient care
- Travel to all office locations and help as needed to ensure continuity of operations
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
- Willingness to travel to all offices and assist where needed.
- Daily work hours are generally 7:30-5:30 with one half day off weekly, but may vary
- BSN/RN certification preferred
- Experience with dental implant coordination and knowledge of oral surgery procedures is a plus
