Additional Information:
- 3 or more years of testing and troubleshooting experience at a technical systems level, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer-related field or equivalent training/experience.
- Experience with domain management platforms such as:
VOIP systems
Work Order systems
AV Equipment systems
Other technical systems that may be in a K-12 environment
Additional Information:
- Must possess a strong understanding of basic hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to communicate technical information and work with a wide range of staff, student, and parent interest/skill levels.
- Experience with the network configuration of desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, Smart Boards, and printers.
- Additional vendor certifications may be required as deemed appropriate by the board.
- Available to work irregular hours/non-traditional schedule when required.
- Displays flexibility, reliability, self-discipline and a willingness to take on challenging tasks.
- Embodies high ethical standards/integrity.
- Accepts responsibility for personal decisions/conduct.
- Exhibits effective time management, resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Experience in LAN/WAN connectivity and system installation, maintenance and repair.
