Job Description : As an HR Generalist you will manage, administer and execute human resource processes and programs associated with the employment life-cycle including but not limited to recruiting, compensation, benefits, and leave; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and training and development.
Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, ability to obtain PHR or SHRM-CP
Experience : Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in a similar Human Resource Role
Location : On-site in office in Hillsborough, NC

Responsibilities :
Ensures the company maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, and providing general support to the team as neededProcesses bi-weekly payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees in accordance with state and federal regulationsWorks with managers / supervisors and employees to resolve employee relations issues which include Investigating, counseling and assisting in resolving disputesRecruit and source top talent , conduct pre-employment screenings and facilitate all onboarding and offboarding activitiesManage and reconcile employee time cards each week to ensure there are no missed or inaccurate time entriesProcess and reconcile all Local Government State retirement entries monthly, and all 401(k) retirement bi-weekly.Conduct and administer any required yearly trainingMaintain and update all employee confidential personnel filesWork in tandem with the finance / leadership to evaluate and select annual benefit offerings during renewal, update all necessary systems and organize employee meetings.Process and maintain insurance change forms, reconcile all insurance bills to ensure they are accurate, process monthly health insurance paymentsOther duties assigned by GM or assistant GM and assistance with any projects as requiredBenefits :
