Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Party Rental Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the rental process of various equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality of our rental inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for conflict management, and experience in events management or hospitality settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment for their needs and provide detailed information about rental terms and conditions.
- Manage the rental inventory, including checking equipment in and out and ensuring all items are in excellent working condition.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the rental process.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment for various events.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and inventory levels using our management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout the rental experience.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in conflict management to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Background in events management or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with events or food service environments is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
