In this role you will be a liaison to both internal Associates and external Members. The focus of this position will be to have an expert level of understanding and working knowledge of the following processes in order to ensure exceptional service experiences for both internal and external members :

• Levies
• Deceased processes
• Power Of Attorneys (POA)
• Trusts

The level I will have a basic level of understanding and working knowledge and the level II position will operate at an expert level in all of the following processes :

The Account Administration Specialist will also contribute to the overall success of the Member Operations by assisting in the handling of research requests, document and information retrievals, file maintenance requests and account adjustments in a timely and professional manner, while using problem resolution and workflow management skills.
