This role encompasses both administrative and financial responsibilities, ensuring efficient office operations and accurate financial management. The role also includes occasional site work, such as picking up permits from the city and handling other related errands to support the needs of the team.
Responsibilities
Office Administration :
- Create and update subcontractors / vendor lists
- Phone and Visitor Management :
- Manage janitorial service and office supplies
- Apply and Renew business license, software subscription, insurance renew.
- Employee PTO Tracking :
- Maintain and update company log in and passwords.
- Oversee maintenance of company mobile phones, internet, and software systems.
- Organize team activities and events, work with the Admin team to coordinate team-building initiatives.
- Place orders for Design and Construction Departments :
- Manage inbound and outbound mails
- Occasional Site Work and Errands
