Position Summary
We are searching for an Electrical Vehicle Assembler for Orange EV’s facility in Riverside, MO to work 1st or 2nd shift.
Position Responsibilities
- Tear down and assembly of heavy-duty electric trucks in accordance with work instructions
- Ensure the implementation of quality and safety procedures
- Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Position Qualifications
- Be excited about joining and helping build a young company
- Previous experience in automotive or electrical assembly line work (e.g. semi tractors, heavy equipment, farm equipment, terminal trucks)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read & understanding engineering drawings
- Ability to embrace new technologies and ideas
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Adherence to policies and procedures (e.g. safety)
- Must be able to train on 1st shift regardless of shift.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma required with 3 years of experience in a related field
- Prefer at least Associates degree in Engineering or Mechanics with at least a year related experience.
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Specialized training in engineering or mechanics (military or trade school)
- Welding (e.g. TIG, use of plasma cutter) and fabrication experience
- Electrical wiring experience.
