We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills. As the first point of contact for members, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring an excellent first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking members in and out efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of members sign ups using gym software.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries effectively.
- Cleaning, assisting members and other staff members
- Answer phone and update daily logs.
- Uphold gym policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a gym environment.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and gym management software is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to manage incoming calls professionally.
- A background in hospitality management or guest relations will be beneficial for this role.
