We're seeking an Analytics Engineer with a strong technical background and functional expertise in customer experience insights, specifically in customer support and operations. As an Analytics Engineer, you will be a part of a global team that unlocks the power of customer feedback and insights to drive business improvements. Your background and experience in creating data pipelines and insightful self-service dashboards will provide visibility into the health of our key business metrics, thereby enabling us to deliver insights that enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of data governance policies, data quality standards, and data visualization best practices, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and actionability of our data assets.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, launch, and maintain collections of data pipelines, queries, reports, and visualizations that support multiple use cases across PSO.
- Create interactive and dynamic data visualizations that communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
- Optimize pipelines, dashboard, and Data Architecture to facilitate the easier development of data artifacts.
- Work closely with customer service and operations, product, and engineering teams to integrate data insights into business decisions and drive customer experience improvements.
- Work with various data sources, including customer interactions, feedback, and behavioral data, integrate, and build reports and visualizations to identify pain points and trends.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data analytics or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with building data pipelines and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), preferably jobs using platforms like Apache airflow or AWS glue.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, and others, with proven communication and presentation skills to deliver actionable insights.
- Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience working with operations functions, preferably in customer service or supply chain.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background and knowledge of CX, VoC space.
- Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with digital analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
- Experience working in the high-volume consumer electronics industry.
- Experience working with operations functions, preferably in the customer experience or customer support operations space.
