Project Manager / Scrum Master

OrangePeople is seeking a dynamic, creative, and driven Project Manager/Scrum Master to join talented teams working on cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master with 5- 8 years of experience to join our dynamic DevOps team. This position is ideal for a candidate with enterprise-level project management and execution.

Essential Functions

• Facilitation and organization of Program Cadences (Review, Planning, Refinements), Executive Updates, and Quarterly Planning.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined project requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Tracking overall schedule, progress, and impact on program delivery.
• Help the program visualize and understand priorities, for effective backlog planning across program and product teams.
• Help teams surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact on customer experience.
• Escalation mitigation for delivery and defects as surfaced from Issue Mgmt and Program Testing Teams.
• Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure delivery success, including success management of risk and dependencies.
• Communicating and organizing demos and impacts, reviews, and regular program summaries.
• Inspect and identify continuous improvements between vendors and internal teams- tools, logs, and processes.
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• Experience in mixed HW/SW-related projects.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence for project visualization.
• Experience and understanding of the automotive Industry or Manufacturing are generally preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Project management
• Battery experience is a plus to have.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
