• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Introducing potential clients to the OTF concept
• Managing our front desk, including answering phones and engaging with members
• Conducting studio tours
• Working with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up with prospective clients
• Addressing members' concerns professionally and objectively to find resolutions
• Participating in marketing and outreach events

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
