Orangetheory Fitness in our Poway studio is looking to hire long term, new fitness membership consultants and customer service experts to join its first-class team. Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed all sales goals and key performance indicators (membership sales, retail and concessions, renewals, workout traffic and attrition)

- Establish and maintain an effective customer referral program

- Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems

- Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls

- Lead OTF studio tours with new client prospects

- Welcome members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive environment in the OTF studio

- Register all guests into the studio using proper registration procedures

- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities

- Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area

- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions

- Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients

- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns

- Conduct proper on-boarding all new OTF clients

- Work closely with Trainers/Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every time they visit

- Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs

Skills/Qualifications:

- Must have a passion for people

- Must be attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging

- Must have previous sales experience

- Must be willing to enthusiastically sell based on a quota and commission-based pay structure

- Must have outstanding customer service skills

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, high-energy environment.

- Must be able to work as a team with other Sales Associates and Trainers/Coaches

- Must be flexible and potentially willing to work weekends when needed/requested by your Studio Manager

- Must have basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel

- Health- and fitness-minded applicants are preferred

- Minimum of a high school diploma is required

Orangetheory Fitness offers competitive compensation and benefits (including free membership) with hourly base pay plus commissions and performance bonus potential in a top-notch working environment.

Opportunities are available for part-time schedules. Early morning hours, evening hours, and weekend hours are also available in addition to "standard" working hours.
