The Digital Marketing Specialist at Thrive Venture Group will develop and execute marketing campaigns across various online channels like social media, email, search engines, and websites to promote our company's products and services, aiming to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive website & social media traffic to build recurring membership base through strategies like content creation, SEO optimization, PPC advertising, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
Creating comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals, including target audience identification and channel selection.
Producing engaging content for various platforms like blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters to attract and retain customers.
Implementing strategies to improve website ranking on search engines through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Managing paid search campaigns on platforms like META and Google Ads to generate targeted traffic.
Developing and managing social media presence across different platforms to engage with audiences and build brand loyalty across all Thrive studios.
Creating and sending monthly targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions across all Thrive Markets
Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.
Staying updated on digital marketing trends and competitor analysis to inform campaign development.
