Stationed in the vibrant Charlotte, NC market, you’ll be our secret weapon for soaring to new heights. In this dynamic position, you won’t just be managing operations; you’ll be the driving force behind multiple locations, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You’ll be steering our Sales Managers and Operations Managers with a strategic blend of insight and inspiration, shattering sales goals and cultivating a culture of unstoppable excellence. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be the fuel propelling our momentum forward.

But this isn't a role for the faint-hearted. You'll be rolling up your sleeves, diving into the nitty-gritty, and leading by example. Ensuring our facilities shine and our teams are fired up will be part of your everyday challenge. With a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of management experience—preferably in the fitness industry—you'll be poised to make an immediate impact.
