JOB SUMMARY:
The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for implementing the corporate mission and strategic vision across multiple assigned locations. This role acts as the principal liaison between practice locations and headquarters while ensuring operational excellence at each office. The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for HR management, P&L oversight, business development initiatives, improvement activities, general administrative tasks, and regulatory compliance across two locations. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to balance revenue maximization with quality patient care while maintaining a high level of staff engagement and provider satisfaction. We are seeking a Multi-Unit Manager for our Sona Dermatology Offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial & Operational Oversight
- P&L oversight for both locations, ensuring top and bottom-line growth while managing to an annual budget.
- Direct oversight of daily front and back-office operations across both locations, ensuring efficient workflows and role responsibilities are met.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to implement strategic goals across multiple practices.
- Revenue Cycle & Credentialing Management
- Ensure A/R is efficiently liquidated, denials are minimized, refunds are processed, and charts are closed timely.
- Ensure provider and business licenses remain active and all required enrollments are completed.
- HR & Team Management
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling for both locations.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels, manage payroll, PTO requests, and support staff development.
- IT & Call Center Coordination
- Ensure all IT and software needs are met, including hardware maintenance and software updates.
- Work with the Call Center to optimize patient scheduling, reduce wait times, and address escalations.
- Finance & Marketing Collaboration
- Submit and track A/P, A/R requests, payroll, and banking needs for both locations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns that increase patient volume and enhance brand reputation.
- Inventory & Compliance Management
- Monitor supply expenses, maintain inventory control, and ensure timely reordering while reducing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, CLIA, AHCA, etc.).
- Leadership & Growth
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide mentorship and support to office managers and staff in both locations.
- Attend operational meetings and performance reviews with leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 4 years of medical practice management experience, with multi-unit oversight preferred.
- MedSpa Experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, human resources, and healthcare operations.
- Proficiency with EMR and billing systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities across two locations.
