Job Description:
Serves as the Mid FMS Acquisition/Program Analyst for IWS 3. This position requires being at the government site in Crystal City, VA three times per week. Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for FMS Case oversight support to include but not limited to action tracking, financial tracking, and material deliverables tracking
- Support effective analysis and management of incoming and outgoing actions items assigned from meetings, telecons, or emails.
- Proactive and detail-oriented and able to assess issues and develop resolutions to meet project/program goals and objectives. Also, flexible to change priorities as they evolve
- Experience with Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) management
- Effectively participate and prepare for meetings and Interact regularly with internal clients to support FMS program requirements.
- Draft, review, and route formal memos responding to actions, providing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs, or releasing technical documentation
- Ability to work tasks independently as well as with a team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of DSCA SCIP, NEPS, MISIL, and FMS Cases is a plus but not a requirement.
- Support Travel CONUS and OCONUS as needed
- Secret Clearance
Degree Requirements:
An associate's degree and (10) years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a relevant field.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
