Mid FMS Acquisition Analyst

Job Description:

Serves as the Mid FMS Acquisition Analyst in IWS 3. This position requires 3 days at the government site in Crystal City, VA 3 times per week. Responsibilities include:

• Must have Acquisition and Contract Experience
• FMS contract generation, award and management
• Knowledge of FMS Case phases (Pre-LOR, LOA Development, Case Execution, and Case Closure) i.e. cradle to grave Case Management
• Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
• Track funds retrieved through the Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL) financial database as the standard method of payment for FMS
• Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letter and memoranda and tracking action items
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales management and financial systems, including MISIL
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
• Secret Clearance
  
  

Degree Requirements:

An associate's degree and (10) years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a relevant field.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
