What are the responsibilities and job description for the FMS Acquisition Contract Analyst position at VISTA Technology Services?
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Acquisition Contract Analyst to support a NAVSEA program office located in Crystal City, VA. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3 days / week . The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented and have FMS acquisition contract experience.
Responsibilities :
- Support DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) IC and ACAT II program office with FMS acquisition and contract cradle to grave case management including FMS case phases (Pre-LOR, LOA Development, Case Execution, and Case Closure)
- Provide FMS contract generation, award, and management support
- Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and / or electronic communications as required
- Track funds retrieved through the Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL) financial database as the standard method of payment for FMS
- Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letters and memoranda, and tracking action items
- Build strong working relationships with cross functional teams to facilitate and achieve program goals and objectives
Basic Qualifications :
This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.
