Job Summary:
ORC is seeking a full-time Exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of Virginia. The selected candidate must reside within a 75-mile radius of Stuart, VA, and will have flexibility to work remotely from their home office but will be expected to travel locally about 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations
* Prepare real estate documents and perform basic property research
* Communicate with property owners and their representatives
* General administrative work including preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years of Right of Way acquisition experience
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox)
* Valid Driver's License
* iOS or Android smartphone
