Tasks
Our high-performing sales team consists of seasoned SaaS sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and building long-lasting relationships. We are looking for U.S. -based team members to support growth in our largest and fastest-growing market (expanding triple digits per year, since launching in the U.S. in 2022). We are looking for ambitious individuals who can navigate sales cycles within Private Equity, VC, and Corporate clients, effectively articulating our value proposition to C-level executives.
Our sales process is highly structured, with our sales team divided into two specialized roles. Account Executives are responsible for generating outbound leads and securing new clients, while Technical Sales professionals deliver product demos, conduct trials, and ensure leads progress smoothly through every stage of the sales process.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for ORCA to acquire new accounts.
- Identify, source and close Private Equity, Venture Capital and Corporate customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to continuously refine the sales strategy, including defining ideal customer profiles, optimizing value proposition messaging and enhancing sales playbooks.
- Report directly to the Co-Founder & CEO of ORCA AG and work closely with the CEO of ORCA Americas to drive success in the U.S. market.

The compensation range for U.S.-based employees includes a base salary of $100,000 - $145,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits. This range encompasses multiple career levels at ORCA and will be refined during the interview process based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, business needs, and U.S. location.
