What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care Physician position at Orchard Hospital Test 2?

Orchard Hospital is looking for a Fulland Part-Time Primary Care Physician for our clinic located in Gridley, California. Physician will see walk-in and pre-scheduled patients. Hours M-F 8 : 00am -5 : 00pm.

Requirements :

Unrestricted California State Medical License
Current California DEA certificate
Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice

Essential Functions :

Examinations, evaluations, assessments; diagnose and treat illness and chronic medical conditions. Ensures patient satisfaction and also develops plans to improve patient satisfaction.

Participates in Orchard Hospital activities such as health fairs, classes and community events, as required.

Triage patients to determine level of care and refers to in house Specialists.

Proficiency in Electronic Health Records

Work collaboratively with Physicians and Specialists, nursing and support staff to provide quality patient care as well as educate patient and patient’s families
