Orchard Pointe at Creek Valley is Hiring! Our Maintenance Director Will : Manage a team of maintenance assistants, drivers, and vendors to ensure superior building, equipment, community property and grounds maintenance.Coach and develop associates as building maintenance professionals.
Work closely with local teams to ensure we meet the individualized needs of our residents.
Oversee and manage budgets, and work with vendors / contractors for all building repairs, remodels, landscaping, and other projects.Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
