About the Role:

Are you passionate about technology and eager to help farmers succeed? Join us as our first In-Field Customer Success Representative. 

In this critical customer-facing role, you will support new, existing, and prospective customers, guiding them to success. You'll help vineyard managers and viticulturists discover and implement the value of our cutting-edge technology, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also collaborate with our sales team to conduct on-site demonstrations and training, and customer support.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary person for customer inquiries, requests, and support needs.
• Provide hands-on support, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our FruitScope camera systems.
• Travel regularly to customer vineyards to deliver in-person implementation guidance, and technical support.
• Conduct live, on-site demos for prospective customers to showcase our technology in action.
• Regularly engage with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, and gather valuable feedback about our systems.
• Relay customer insights, requests, and suggestions back to our engineering teams, to play a pivotal role in shaping future development of our product.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (especially in agriculture or ag-tech).
• Familiarity or experience with vineyards or the grape/wine industry.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
• Existing relationships in the Paso Robles grape/wine industry is a plus.
• Comfortable and confident with daily, frequent customer interactions.
• Valid driver's license AND reliable personal vehicle for frequent travel to customer vineyards.
• Flexibility to occasionally work irregular hours to align with farmers' schedules.

Position Details:

• This is a full-time, hourly, seasonal role spanning approximately 9 months during the growing season.
• For high performers, there is the opportunity for conversion to a full-time, year-round position.
