A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance and progress of the organization’s quality goals. This role involves developing and enforcing quality standards and best business practices while communicating and ensuring that customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met. The Quality Assurance Manager will report to the business unit Quality Director.

- Lead the development and delivery of quality objectives while acting as a business partner in achieving broader organizational goals.
- Utilize your expertise in a regulated industry to promote compliance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding across the organization.
- Conduct regular briefings to champion quality excellence among employees.
- Advocate for Lean Manufacturing practices to develop an agile and compliant Quality System.
- Incorporate a 'quality at the source' approach to enhance quality performance through variation reduction and process capability.
- Develop organizational skills in Problem Solving methodology and coach others in these techniques.
- Establish a data analysis framework to facilitate efficient reporting and decision-making.
