Orci is seeking a bilingual, savvy and culturally fluent Community Manager to join our team and bring our clients’ brands to life across social media. The ideal candidate is a digital native with a passion for authentic engagement, a sharp eye for online trends, and a deep understanding of how to cultivate vibrant, inclusive communities. You’ll be the voice behind the screen—fostering meaningful conversations, amplifying user-generated content, and collaborating with influencers to drive social buzz. This role blends creative thinking, social media savvy, and organization. You’ll lead community engagement efforts across platforms, drive user-generated content (UGC) activations and giveaways, and support influencer search and outreach for content campaigns. You'll also manage monthly reporting for both clients and the agency, bringing insights and recommendations that fuel creative strategies and inform ongoing brand engagement.


What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities include:

Community Monitoring & Engagement

  • Monitor and manage client and agency social media accounts
  • Track and report on community activity and sentiment across platforms
  • Provide actionable feedback to the creative team based on real-time community interactions and insights
  • Identify and recommend innovative engagement tactics—from ideal call-to-actions (CTAs) to emerging trends in tone, emojis, copy length, tagging, and more

Influencer Identification & Collaboration

  • Research, identify, and vet potential influencers/content creators for client and agency projects
  • Ensure influencers align with client brand values and campaign goals
  • Initiate outreach, introduce the brand, and explore partnership opportunities

UGC Campaigns, Giveaways & Surprise & Delights

  • Own the end-to-end process of UGC initiatives and client giveaways—from launch planning and community outreach to winner contact and fulfillment coordination
  • Ensure compliance with giveaway rules and platform-specific guidelines
  • Monitor submissions to maintain fairness and authenticity

You are/have:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in community management, social media, marketing, or communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized and able to manage time-sensitive tasks with competing priorities
  • A curious, creative problem-solver who’s not afraid to think outside the box
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement tools
  • Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written at a professional level)—required
  • Social media and influencer marketing experience
  • Ad agency experience is a plus
  • Impeccable attention to detail
