Seeking the right candidate to help our tourism advertising company stay connected to our customers and their advertising needs.
Our customers are business owners located in the Pacific Northwest from Washington to Sonoma California, including Western, Coastal, and Southern Oregon the Northern California Coast, Redwoods, and wine country.
This is an Inside Sales and Account Management position that requires significant email and phone call interactions.

- Effectively communicates with clients and internal team using Hubspot CRM, Email, and Phone, Google Meet video conference.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management & Customer Relations
- Daily emails and calls to existing and recent clients to renew their annual multi-media (print, Web, and social media) advertising orders
- Receive product orders from clients and input orders into the Hubspot CRM system.
- Communicate ad changed to internal teams and ensure task completion.
- Retain existing clients by listening to their needs and building product value
- Gather and provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Make a specified number of renewal contacts daily/weekly
- Make specified number of prospecting emails and call daily/weekly
- Prospecting: Identify, and contact new business opportunities through Web searches and other means with the goal of setting appointments with field sales team.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the CRM
Training & Product Knowledge:
- HubSpot CRM training provided.
- Advertising product training provided
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with digital marketing, sales support, admin, production, and circulation teams to ensure the successful execution of account strategies.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2 YEARS Experience with sales, business development, or client relations
- Advertising publication sales a PLUS
- Skilled in remote work, utilizing video conference tools, CRM tools, Email, shared documents and drives (Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe products)
Working Conditions:
- 90% Remote or Home Office work
- 10% in-person meetings for training
- Daily email, phone call, and video meetings
- Weekly phone call, contact, and sales goals.
Compensation:
- Hourly Bonus
- $23 per hour
- $600 Monthly bonus

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,600.00 per month
