Key Responsibilities:
0-3 Months:
- Familiarize yourself with the team, company operations, and key systems.
- Learn how to navigate the OES business system and understand inventory management workflows.
- Gain knowledge of different makes, models, and equipment specifications.
- Work with sales and procurement teams to learn the process of creating purchase orders and placing equipment orders.
- Understand how to evaluate inventory levels based on sales history, seasonal demand, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Administration to manage equipment transfers across locations.
- Gain hands-on experience in maintaining the “Used Equipment” website and listing standardized inventory.
3-6 Months:
- Take the lead in ordering and procuring inventory using the most cost-effective options.
- Manage the online presence of inventory, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- Oversee periodic inventory counts and adjustments.
- Analyze data to create detailed inventory reports, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient stock management.
- Track supplier lead times to ensure smooth inventory flows and meet stocking requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand inventory needs and prioritize procurement.
6 Months:
- Continue managing inventory flows across multiple locations, maintaining balanced stock levels.
- Analyze market trends, evaluate product performance, and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.
- Ensure that inventory controls align with financial objectives and company goals.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with ERP systems for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an aptitude for continuous learning.
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or equipment sales.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Language & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information effectively to management and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
