Job Title: Spa Desk Attendant

Position Overview:
The Spa Desk Attendant creates a welcoming and relaxing
atmosphere for spa guests. They are the clients' first point of contact and
play a pivotal role in delivering a positive guest experience. This position
involves managing appointments, providing information about spa services,
and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet spa guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Provide information about spa services, treatments, and packages.
3. Assist guests with booking appointments, answering inquiries, and
offering recommendations.
4. Use the spa management system to schedule appointments and
maintain an accurate booking calendar.
5. Confirm appointments and follow up with guests to remind them of
their reservations.
6. Handle payments for spa services, process transactions, and manage
cash and credit card payments accurately using both POS and PMS
systems.
7. Maintain spa guest records and ensure all necessary paperwork is
completed.
8. Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
