Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming
environment.
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
Maintain patient records and perform data entry with accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist diverse patient
populations.
Assist patients in keeping compliant to treatment plans.
Reminder calls for all appointments the day before
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency to assist diverse clientele
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Previous clerical and administrative experience
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management
Organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
Experience in data entry, filing, and calendar management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
