We are an Information Technology Services company that works with dental, medical and commercial clients in Oregon and Washington. We are seeking a candidate for our Client Services Manager who has a positive and professional presence, attention to detail, follow through, highly organized and who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to; answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling technicians, gathering and logging specific information, tracking jobs to ensure ticket completion, triaging calls for other departments and providing job relevant reporting back to management.

Job Duties:
· Answer incoming calls
· Schedule appointments
· Fill and maintain technician’s schedule
· Triage emergency calls
· Verify critical information
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills
· Computer proficient – experience with word, excel, and MS office
· Ability to discuss financials
· Typing speed of at least 60wpm
