As an Information Services Specialist in our Corvallis Operations Center, you'll be an important part of a dedicated, respected, and talented team that provides technical assistance and day-to-day support by maintaining and troubleshooting desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware using a wide variety of tools. More than just keeping our systems running, your work will safeguard our members' 2 billion dollars and help your front-line coworkers to offer the exceptional customer service for which our credit union is known. What you will need to be successful:

High School GED or equivalent

At least 2 years' experience providing support for networks and desktop systems including the setup, operation, maintenance, systems analysis, and troubleshooting hardware and related software

Experience in any or all of the following areas preferred:

Financial services environment

Desktop management

Help Desk Management software

Asset Management
-
Microsoft Office and related desktop and server technologies

IP Telephony (Mitel preferred)

Network, Server, and Storage technologies

SCCM
