As the Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing operational procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting internal teams with training tools and process improvements. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying and documenting best practices, and collaborating across departments to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Additionally, you will contribute to process development by identifying opportunities for automation and improved accuracy. Youll also support training initiatives and provide guidance to team members, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Bachelors degree with project experience in lieu of industry experience considered.
